Anyone been to/from Europe?

_{I'm planning a huge backpacking trip to Europe in 2014.
Anyone live there?

You have any good ideas where to go?
Any ideas of interesting things to do/or see?

Currently planning on going to France, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Spain and possibly Ireland and England.

Please Read: What's Been Going On

_{Okay, so in the past, probably going back 8 months at least. I've been extremely busy both physically with extracurricular activities, as well as some mental and emotional issues. I want to sincerely apologize for not displaying my artwork as much as I expect of myself. If anyone has questions of what has been going on, which are rather person, you can inbox me and if I feel up for it. I will answer your questions.

I recently decided that I wanted to start showing off my new work, forgetting my old work. I am now learning to edit and professionalise my photographs. This work I personally enjoy far more then just uploading random pictures I took at the park nearby.

I did in fact delete all my previous devianations except a few which have had many comments and views or were for contests. The reasons for deleting them are above.

From now on, I will be uploading 1 picture every week (hopefully Thursdays)
That will be the only photographs I upload and I hope that it will make sure I have new work constantly coming in for display.

Finally, I want to thank all of you for still supporting me in what I've been doing.
I plan on commenting, favouriting, uploading, and being more active on the site, now that I know how to reason what I should and should not be doing in my spare time.

Thank you for everything that you guys have been doing, and thank you for taking time our of your day to read this post. I appreciate it immensly.

_{On the evening of December 6, 1989, shortly after 5 o'clock on the penultimate day of classes before the Christmas holidays, Lépine carried a concealed Sturm Ruger Mini-14 semi-automatic rifle into the École Polytechnique. His first female victim, Maryse Laganiere, was killed in a corridor. He then proceeded to Room 303, a classroom which held 10 women students and 48 men, along with a male professor. Firing two shots into the ceiling and shouting, "I want the women. I hate feminists!," Lépine enacted a gendercidal ritual that will be familiar to readers of other case-studies on this site (Kosovo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Colombia) -- only this time, the victims were female. Separating the men from the women, he expelled the men at gunpoint, lined up the remaining women students against the wall, and began to fire. Six women died; the others were injured, but survived.

"Then, Lépine went down to the first floor," wrote Maclean's (December 18, 1989). "Firing at diving, ducking students as he went, he entered the cafeteria, where he killed [Anne-Marie] Edward and two of her classmates. Still on the hunt, Lépine climbed back up to the third floor, where he strode into Room 311. Students, unaware of the unfolding tragedy, were delivering end-of-semester oral presentations. 'At first, nobody did anything,' recalled Eric Forget, 21. Then, the gunman opened fire, sending two professors and 26 students scrambling for cover beneath their desks. 'We were trapped like rats,' said Forget. 'He was shooting all over the place.' Other witnesses said that Lépine leaped onto several desks and shot at women cowering beneath them. Four more women were killed. Then, roughly 20 minutes after embarking on his rampage, Lépine took his own life." By the time he blew off the back of his own head, fourteen women lay dead, and thirteen other students were injured (nine women, four men).

The murdered women that day were:

Barbara Maria Klucznik, 31;

Michèle Richard, 21;
Maryse Laganière, 25;
Anne-Marie Lemay, 22;
Sonia Pelletier, 28; and
Annie Turcotte, aged 21.
